It depends!
Our Ready to Ship (RTS) products have a Turn Around Time (TAT) of 7 business days to shipping.
Our Special Collection drops will have their TATs posted, but will likely be anywhere from 21-31 business days to ship.

For best results, put secure hair in a regular hair tie first. Then twist your Twirl around it. Pull the ribbon out to make sure each piece is on display!

Because of the ribbon we use, if Twirls get smashed or bent they can get wrinkles. It’s best to hang your Twirls or lay them flat.

Yes! Our piggies are perfect for kiddos with little hair, or anyone who wants to wear pigtails. You can even just use one piggie for a cute top ponytail.

Absolutely! Our medium length Twirls are perfect for most adults. But don’t shy away from our regular length Twirls. Even piggies would look cute at the end of braids! It’s a great way to match your little ones!

The ribbon on each Twirl is hand tied and each embellishment is attached by me. Because of this, every Twirl is unique and styles may vary slightly.

Unfortunately, because we are a small business we cannot accept returns if you change your mind on a product.
Returns are accepted if Twist & Twirl makes a mistake on your purchase or your product arrives damaged.
